HOW IT WORKS
Bring a Book (or a Few!): Have books on your shelves ready for a new home? Bring one or several gently loved books to share with fellow readers! Browse the collection, discover something new, and give a few old favorites a second life.
Bring a Dish: We’re making this a community potluck! Each guest is asked to bring one covered, store-bought dish to share. A signup sheet will be shared in our Facebook and WhatsApp communities to help coordinate contributions and avoid too much overlap.
Pull Up a Chair: Grab a plate, browse the books, and spend the afternoon getting to know the readers in your community. No elaborate itinerary, no pressure—just good food, good books, and good company!
IMPORTANT NOTES
Guests are asked to bring at least one book in good condition to contribute to the community swap. Multiple books are welcome and encouraged!
All contributed books will be part of a shared book exchange for attendees to browse and enjoy.
Please only bring books you’d be excited to receive yourself!
Each attendee is asked to bring one store-bought dish to share. Please keep original packaging or ingredient information available for guests with food allergies.
A potluck signup sheet will be available through our Facebook and WhatsApp communities to help coordinate dishes.
The exact venue in the Irmo area will be shared with attendees once finalized.
Space is limited based on venue capacity.
Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except as required by applicable law. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a refund.
